Angie Pierce, RN BSN and Campus Administrator at Park Place Senior Living in Platteville, has worked in long term care for 30 years and was the first employee hired to work for Park Place when they opened their doors in 2008. Park Place currently has 26 assisted living units, 17 memory care units and 33 independent apartments. Angie takes a lot of pride in what she does and has made it her life mission to care for the people she cares for. She is very dependent on her staff, volunteers, and the community to help carry out her role.

Park Place has had a waiting list since 2009 and because of that, they are in the first phase of an expansion project that will add 14 one-bedroom assisted living units, 1 two-bedroom assisted living unit, expanded dining and activity space (4 times their current space) and a greenhouse for indoor gardening for the residents. Completion is expected January 2026. They have a very active activity department and do three bus trips each month for their residents. Park Place is affiliated with Southwest Health Center as an investor in the building and is professionally managed by ElderSpan Management, LLC.
