BENS Hope - Because Everyone Needs Some Hope

BENS Hope is a non-profit organization that honors lives lost to suicide by raising awareness, breaking stigmas, and supporting those in need. They rely on donations to share their story so they can help others. Their work saves lives through impactful presentations in schools, showcasing support services, organizing support groups and events, and hosting retreats to accompany others on their path of grief and healing. Terry and Patti Cullen started a Survivors of Suicide support group after losing their son, Benjamin, to suicide in 2014. Since that time they've been helping others in the same position by sharing and listening in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. The work Terry and Patti have done and continue to do is amazing as they help our community when they are struggling, reassure others they are not alone, and show people that they care and are here for them. This is not an easy task. Thank you Terry, Patti, and BENS Hope for being such a valuable resource to our community.
