Jerry Schewe - Chuck Thalmann Service Award

The Chuck Thalmann Service award goes to someone who is an outstanding member of the Platteville Optimist Club. Chuck Thalmann was dedicated and active in serving others through various venues including church, community, and the Optimist organization. The member receiving this award must be an individual who has shown outstanding service, loyalty, and devotion to our club. Jerry was instrumental in the work that led to the matching grant with Optimist International to secure funding for the Platteville Aquatic Center. He is always working behind the scenes to make sure things get done in our club each week, preparing agendas, keeping records, and the Rooster Call.
