Winners of the Optimist Club $1000 scholarships for 2023 were Grace Stombaugh and Emma NeCollins.
Grace, pictured on the right, is daughter of Christopher and Linda Stombaugh. She will be attending UW-Platteville studying graphic design.
Emma, pictured on the left, is daughter of David and Michelle NeCollins. She will be attending Southwest Wisconsin Technical College for social work.
