Family Connections Accepts Grant

Kimberly Schmitz VanDee, Director of Family Connections, accepted a $1,000 grant from the Platteville Optimist Club. Family Connections is a non-profit organization funded entirely through donations, local and state grants, and fundraising. They work for the betterment of children and families-providing a number of services to families, childcare providers, and local communities in and around Southwestern Wisconsin as they serve Grant and Lafayette counties. All are welcome to tour their facility and learn more about them.
