Optimist member Bob Hundhausen invited Bill Mitchell from the Rountree Gallery to speak to our group about the history of Rountree Gallery and the work they do to bring amazing artists to Platteville. Rountree Gallery also provides opportunities for new artists to display their art work. Check out the Gallery located at 120 West Main Street. Our new City Manager and one of our newest Optimist Club members, Clint Langreck spoke to us recently. He introduced himself by explaining how his past experiences steered him to dedicating his life to public service. Clint spoke about his role as a city manager. We welcome Clint to Platteville and to our Club!
